Worth the Effort
This quote was pulled from the final inspection report by an independent building envelope consultant for a recently completed residential project:
"It is worth noting that in reflection of the contractor's excellent execution of the work, this punch list inspection report is by orders of magnitude shorter than any other such inspection report I have prepared in my 28-year building envelope consulting career."
