CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
It can be difficult to find qualified and dependable service help for ordinary maintenance, alterations and other small projects that you may want to accomplish after the completion of your home. We like doing this type of work and we provide this type of service and support to clients for as long as they own their home.
Many of the homes we construct have ultra-sophisticated systems designed to accommodate individual needs. No matter how simple or complicated, these systems require regular inspection and servicing by trained technicians. We can coordinate and/or perform this regular service on a contract basis or we can simply be available if and when you need us. Whether it's looking up a paint color or building an addition, our full-time staff is committed to providing a seamless and professional level of post-construction service.
The KJI Construction Services group performs a variety of services including:

building inspections (to catch little problems before they become big
ones)

maintenance
- Emergency
and structural inspections
- Water
infiltration inspections
- Remodels,
additions and special projects
- Research services on original construction specifications and specified items such as paint colors and lamping requirements
These services are available as annual service contracts, subscribed 24/7 emergency response services, or on an individual project basis.
We do everything from assembling deck furniture and cleaning gutters to more complicated projects such as adding estate power generators or making revisions to heating and air conditioning systems. We can even do larger projects that require our general contracting experience. From small tasks to larger projects, we can handle your specific needs.
