O’Leary Condo
High up in First Hill Plaza, this condominium was the product of an inspirational owner with a clear vision of how he wanted his home to look and feel, but with a strong desire to support an organic and collaborative design process that proved to be rewarding for the entire project team. The result is warm and rich, thanks to the intimate spaces, earthy colors and textures, and an incredible view.
