4101 Condo
Working on the 40th and 41st floor of One Lincoln Tower in Bellevue, which was still under construction and under the control of a union general contractor, was only one of the unique challenges that defined this project. A Suyama Peterson Deguchi design, this project was all about impeccable detailing, spatial relationships, and the ambitious application of materials. The finished product is an excellent example of what KJ does best.
